1. Acceptance of Terms

Pevnix is a brand operated by Asia Cloud Hosting, a company registered in Singapore. By creating an account, signing in, or using any service provided by Pevnix ("we", "us", "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not register for or use our services.

2. Description of Services

Pevnix provides hosting and related online services. The specific features, resources, and limits of each service are described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase. We may add, change, or remove features to keep our services secure, stable, and up to date.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when you register and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your password and credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not use any service to store, host, or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates the rights of others. You may not distribute malware, run phishing or fraud, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system. You may not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages. You may not consume resources in a way that degrades service for other customers. You may not resell or sublicense the service in a way that your plan does not permit. You may not take any action that harms, overloads, or interferes with our services or reputation.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or remove content, or suspend or terminate a service, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, in order to protect our customers, our network, and Pevnix.

Zero tolerance for resource abuse and malicious use.

We do not tolerate any activity that abuses shared resources or harms other customers. This includes, without limitation, cryptocurrency mining, running botnets or denial of service and stress testing tools, password cracking or hacking activity, distributing malware, and any script or process that consumes excessive processor, memory, storage, or network resources in a way that degrades performance for other users sharing the same infrastructure.

If we detect any such activity, the affected service will be suspended immediately and your account may be disabled without prior notice. While your account is disabled you will not be able to sign in or access your services. Because these activities place our network and other customers at direct risk, suspensions or terminations for these reasons are final and are not eligible for any refund under our No Refund Policy.

5. Payment and Billing

Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you select at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our third party payment provider. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or terminate the affected service.

6. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Pevnix are final and non refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any service fees, setup fees, renewal fees, or for partially used billing periods, including where a service is cancelled, suspended, or terminated before the end of a billing cycle. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and accept this no refund policy. Where a refund is required by applicable law, that legal right is not affected by this section.

7. Service Availability and Support

We work to keep our services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that any service will be uninterrupted or error free. Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or events beyond our reasonable control. Support is provided through our support channels and is intended to help with the services we offer.

8. Suspension and Termination

You may cancel a service at any time from your account, subject to the no refund policy above. We may suspend or terminate your account or any service if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that puts our network, other customers, or Pevnix at risk. On termination your right to use the affected service ends immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pevnix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profit, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the month in which the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pevnix harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services, your content, or your breach of these terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date shown above. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
